The name "Coach Fry" was born on a high school basketball court after a game against one of the top players in the state. My friends said, "You fried him," meaning I had completely dominated the competition. The name stuck, and over the years, more people came to know me as Frye than by my birth name "Bryson Roache".

In 2018, that same friend saw something in me that I couldn't fully see in myself. He said,"I can see it now, Frye. You're going to travel the world helping people find hope. You're going to speak to athletes, leaders, and people from every walk of life. You're going to teach them the leadership principles, resilience, and lessons that helped you persevere through every challenge you've faced." What started as a nickname quickly became a calling.

Life has taken me through seasons of adversity, disappointment, and divine transition. There were moments when I was underestimated, overlooked, and counted out, but every challenge became another opportunity for God to shape my character, strengthen my faith, and remind me that perseverance always produces character that leads to Hope. Coach Frye is more than who I am, it's a reminder that God can use pressure to prepare you for your purpose.
